Once you complete a inquiry we will reach out within 48 hours to give you info! When you decide its time to book we chat on the phone, put together a invoice and agreement, send you that info and once its paid we start planning. We send a lengthy questionnaire that gets details from you so we can put together that awesome elopement that you’ve been thinking of!

All of our packages include planning + coordinating, photography, floral, beauty, officiant/celebrant, and the adventure. Each package is different so you will notice some packages may cost more or have added bonuses like video, etc. You can add on to any package. Ground packages are done in parks/settings that are adventurous and out of the box. 

Pretty well, YES! We plan the ceremony, and can plan the reception. Our packages include planning and coordinating for the ceremony portion. Any package can have add ons like additional photography, planning of the reception, etc.
For example if you chose a heli elopement: You have hair and make up done at your hotel, show up at the heli port and get married! Very little for you to do besides show up. You will receive a in-depth guide for your day with a timeline and info you’ll need to make it all super simple.

Our company covers BC and Southern Alberta. We often work in Whistler, Kelowna, Tofino, Banff, Canmore, and Vancouver – but aren’t limited to these locations.

At Amore Adventures we not only have our main team of planners, photographers, and videographers but we also have a large pool of carefully selected partnerships! Our flexibility with vendors allows us to accommodate all sorts of requests, from last minute elopements to specific dates! Your wedding experience is everything to us.

It’s your elopement! You call the shots. However we only work on elopements and intimate weddings, so around 20 is our max. Also this will depend on your desired activities for your elopement and your budget!

Options:

1. Invite no one – elope just the two of you (well, don’t forget about your vendors like photo and video), sign papers later to make it legal!
2. Have some family and friends present 
3. Invite an officiant plus two witnesses(or just have your vendors be your witnesses!) to make it legal right away

We generally recommend elopements from June to October, however we have had Christmas and New Years elopements as well!

Our owner has been in the industry for nearly a decade, and our team started working together and formed Amore Adventures in 2019 (just before Covid). We have since planned a tooonnn of wonderful elopements both in the air and on ground.

A pop up elopement is not terribly different from anything you pictured in your head BUT it is a great way to stick to a budget. Because we plan a number of elopements all in one day we are able to lower costs for these specific days. Don’t worry you wont be with any other couples getting married, you have your own space and your own time! We just may have a elopement before or after yours at the same location. The only difference is sometimes you get added bonuses in your package and its usually cheaper. BUT Pop Ups are on specific dates.

Yes yes yes! This is just a different way of saying “I do” and you are still just as married as you would be at a 200 person wedding! 

Nope! Your vendors can sign for you. Our team has signed for over 50 elopements. No need to bring anyone else if you don’t want to.
